We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds. However, we are happy to offer store credit or exchange items if needed. For any lost packages, customers who purchased Route shipping protection are eligible for a refund directly from Route.

Store Credit & Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item or receive store credit, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please reach out to us at info@rawwhair.com to initiate an exchange or request store credit.

Damages and Issues
